Synopsis

Rio de Janeiro, 1997. 11 kidnappings happen every month. The population is terrorized. The Government and the Police are at a loss. That’s when they decide to go all in and team two enemies together to fight this crime epidemic: Mendonça, an incorruptible officer with over 100 kills and Santiago, a dirty cop known for extorting criminals.
